I've just recently come across the work of Nils Weidmann, who I should have been following for sometime, but I suppose it's better late than never. His work was cited in the Sachs (2015) text on
Sustainable Development (see image below, p. 238). The figure cites the article "
Representing Groups in Space: A New Dataset" (2010), which led me to the GeoEPR dataset:
